House Policies
- Check-in from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00 (this may vary if there are no tenants before or after check-in or check-out).
- Damages: If damage is caused, guests must bear the expenses incurred. For this reason, a deposit of 100 euros will be charged at the entrance, which will be returned after evaluating the house if it is in perfect condition.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house, it is only allowed on the terrace.
- It is forbidden to celebrate parties, smoking, noise or music between 22:00 and 10:00.
- Pets: please contact Montse first.
- Guests cannot invite other people to sleep or to the common areas.
- The gift to guests is the “Welcome Gift Beauty Oil toiletry bag” in the bathroom and the single-use or disposable utensils (toothbrushes, shower shoes, razors and bath sponges).
Everything else belongs to the house (beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, picnic blanket, first aid kit, sewing kit, shoe polish kit and manicure kit, etc.) and should be left in the attic for use by the following tenants.
